Jay VeronYoga and Meditation Teacher
Jay is a fully qualified teacher of meditation and yoga and has a special interest in working with organisations to provide ‘Mindfulness in the Workplace’ promoting the benefits this brings to both employee welfare and company productivity. Jay has been teaching for several years and has a corporate background within the field of human resources across several sectors including music, creative arts, retail and education. This best places Jay to fully understand work place pressures and incorporate the practice of mindfulness in his Mindfulness in the Workplace sessions.
Pavita CooperTalent and Diversity Expert
Pavita is the founder of More Difference, a talent and career insight business that works with organisations and individuals to accelerate talent.
Pavita is recognised as a leading talent and diversity expert; she has over 25 years’ experience as an executive talent leader across a range of multi-sector global blue-chip organisations, including Shell, Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group. Pavita has acted as an advisor to CEOs, executive teams and business leaders across sectors that include financial services, energy, consumer, professional services and luxury goods.
Stuart WordenPrincipal, The BRIT School
Stuart sees The BRIT School as a unique home for original voices and talent and a platform for young people to train for free and progress into a plethora of roles in the creative Industries. Appointed as principal in September 2012, Stuart has established deep partnerships with local schools and organisations working with marginalised communities.

Allyson Stewart-Allen is an award-winning educator, advisor, author, speaker and NED whose expertise in brand internationalisation is sought by leading businesses globally. Allyson currently advises Boards of Directors and corporate leaders, where her expertise enables them to lead across cultures and achieve marketing and business development strategies, integrate acquisitions and build corporate diplomacy skills. Allyson is the first ever two-time winner of the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) Excellence in Practice Award, recognising leadership programs innovations.
Adam WallisVoice Practitioner
Adam Wallis is a Voice Practitioner and currently the resident teacher of Voice and Text in Musical Theatre at The BRIT School. Adam has extensive experience in many aspects of Voice Coaching and Creative Communication techniques, and has clients within the Music and Television Industries. In 2016 Adam graduated as a Fitzmaurice Teacher, one of only a few in the UK.
Noa BurgerMental Health Trainer
Noa specialises in training organisations and their people in mental health and employee wellbeing. She brings 10 years of experience working across the private, public and voluntary sectors, as well as an academic background in mental health and experience as a volunteer counsellor. Noa is passionate about embedding change that is both good for organisations and for individuals. In her courses, she encourages people to challenge their assumptions and recognise their ability to make a difference. Noa is accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health and licensed by Mental Health First Aid England. Mental Health First Aid is a proven way for organisations to support their employees, build their motivation, and improve their reputation.
